Delivery & Pickup Policy

At Miami Bloom Flower, we proudly offer reliable same-day flower delivery across Miami and surrounding areas. Whether you're sending luxury roses, tulips, peonies, or custom floral arrangements, our team ensures every order is prepared with care and delivered fresh.

🚚 Delivery Hours

Monday – Saturday:
8:30 AM – 9:00 PM

Same-Day Delivery:
Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for the next available delivery window.

Same-day delivery is available in all listed cities depending on order time and availability.

📦 Delivery Policy

Our delivery team may call or text the recipient using the phone number provided before completing the delivery.

Flowers will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be left with:

  • a front desk

  • concierge

  • security

  • reception

  • lobby

  • mailroom

  • or at the front door

Once the delivery has been completed and confirmed by our driver, Miami Bloom Flower is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing flowers.

This includes situations where the order was left with:

  • building security

  • front desk staff

  • concierge

  • reception

  • apartment lobby

  • mailroom

  • outside the door

or any other location at the delivery address.

If the recipient later reports that the flowers were stolen, misplaced, or never picked up, Miami Bloom Flower cannot be held responsible and replacements or refunds will not be issued.

🚫 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • The order may be returned to the store

  • A new delivery fee will be required for re-delivery

🏬 Store Pickup

Customers may select Store Pickup during checkout.

Orders are usually ready within 1–2 hours after confirmation unless scheduled for a specific pickup time.

Customers will receive a confirmation message when their order is ready.

Pickup Responsibility

Orders scheduled for pickup must be collected at the selected pickup time or during the same business day.

If the customer does not arrive to pick up the order, the flowers will remain available for pickup during business hours that day.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, Miami Bloom Flower is not responsible if the customer fails to pick up the order on time.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders that were prepared but not collected.
